I had a very nice stay with a breakfast included and loved the location, it was beautiful and near luzern train station. The breakfast had lots of fresh bread and yoghourt.

Themed twin room, the service was brilliant. Staff was willing to help, absolutely excellent people. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it.

The whole experience was outstanding. Super central location, very good service and cheap breakfast choices. The pool was lovely and the garden — nice. Onsite rooftop restaurant was WONDERFUL with attractive staff.

The hotel met standard. Perfect location, great breakfast, friendly employees. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like La fontana that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

Useful base for exploring Lucerne. It was very clean, breakfast was good. Really loved that the room included air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities. Moreover, we could park our car on site...
